Newly promoted side Tenerife travel to Estadio Santiago Bernabeu to face Real Madrid, in a stadium the visitors have never won at.
The visitors travel to Madrid on the back of a fine 1-0 win over Athletic Bilbao, while Madrid remain top of La Liga and come fresh off the 2-0 win over Villarreal.
Xabi Alonso is back training with Madrid but will not start for the visit of CD Tenerife. Arbeloa, Van Nistelrooy and Metzelder are all out with Juanan being drafted in to replace Garay, who is out with illness.
Tenerife will be without Ricardo Leon with the star being sidelined for at least 5 weeks after picking up a knock against Bilbao. Nunez is struggling with a calf strain and is a major doubt.
Juanlu is tipped to make his return to the 1st team squad.
